They assessed my driveway and explained why it was cracking. Our builder didn’t put in any control joints or gravel under our 1/2 million dollar home. They took the time to give me a variety of estimates that included removing our sidewalk that was shifting as well as removing the pavers to our back patio and replacing with a solid concrete pathway. We could not be more thrilled and our children are equally as happy to not be tripping over cracks and uneven pavers anymore. I got 5 bids before deciding to go with Tri-Star. They were right in the middle but the experience behind James and Tammy set them far above the rest. They sat down and explained things efficiently and left my wife and I with a comfortable peace of mind the other 4 did not leave us feeling. Best of all-they offered financing others could do. We didn’t need that option but knowing a company is reliable enough to offer this is incredibly.
